Jessica Goepfert

Director of Consulting

Jessica Goepfert is the Director of Health Industry Insights' custom research and consulting. In this role, she is responsible for working with healthcare providers, payers, life sciences companies and IT vendors to provide custom research and consulting services to support a range of needs across the value chain, from R&D to the patient. Ms. Goepfert brings nearly ten years of research and consulting experience to Health Industry Insights, with an extensive background in market opportunity assessment and competitor analysis.

Prior to joining Health Industry Insights, Ms. Goepfert oversaw IDC's U.S. Vertical Group's cross-industry research and analysis, with a focus on translating industry specific business issues into IT purchasing directions. Her work involved ground-breaking detailed forecasts of IT spending in the manufacturing, retail, healthcare, life sciences, energy, retail and government sectors. She was also a lead analyst on the U.S. Vertical Group's study of the world's 50 largest IT vendor revenue estimates by vertical industry.

Ms. Goepfert graduated Cum Laude from the F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Connecticut College in the fields of Psychology and Dance, with a minor in economics, and was nominated into the Phi Beta Kappa society.
