"
While looking at the IT opportunity and market by vertical is not a new concept, many IT vendors actually organize their sales efforts and resources by region. To truly pinpoint the best opportunities, IT vendors need to examine the market at the most granular level possible, such as by state, by technology, and by vertical, said Jessica Goepfert, program director, U.S. Vertical Research.
