 Alejandro Oliveros serves as Research and Consulting Director for IDC Southern Cone. Prior to joining IDC, Mr. Oliveros was the founder and director of Trends Consulting - IDC. Mr. Oliveros has served as Systems Director for important Argentine companies such as Aluar Aluminio Argentino, SADE, Banco República y Alpargatas. He has an extensive consulting expertise and experience in the area of software quality and strategic planning for information technology implementation.

Mr. Oliveros is a Professor at School of Engineering (University of Buenos Aires) and at the Software Engineering Master Course (University of La Plata). At Belgrano University he ran the graduate and post-graduate programs in Information Technology.

He is fluent in English.
