Karen Moser is a Research Manager for IDC’s Multiclient Studies service. Ms. Moser has spent more than 14 years researching, advising clients, and writing about technology. As both a contributing analyst and project manager for ongoing multiclient research, Ms. Moser is involved in all aspects of multiclient projects from conception to execution.
Recent multiclients projects include: The Financial Impact of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), a comprehensive analyses of ROI for CRM software investments, and Unix to Linux Migration: When and How To React and Proving the Value of Content Technologies. Future projects include an end-point security and a financial compliance study respectively, entitled, Navigating the Client Security Fog and Priorities for Corporate Compliance.
Ms. Moser has extensive experience as an industry marketing and research consultant, conducting primary research and delivering advice to enterprise application software suppliers. Ms. Moser graduated from Rhodes College, and is located in Falls Church, VA.
