Karen Hill is a Research Analyst in the Software Research Group at International Data Corporation (Canada) Ltd. in Toronto, Canada. In this capacity, Miss Hill focuses on knowledge management, business intelligence tools, databases, groupware, ASPs and application development tools. She is responsible for writing bulletins and reports throughout the year. Before coming to IDC Canada, Miss Hill worked as a print journalist for five years, including 3 1/2 years at ComputerWorld Canada where she focused on application development.
Miss Hill studied English at Carleton University and has a Journalism diploma from Sheridan College in Oakville, Ontario.
