Gabrielle Griffith is an Analyst for the U.S. Quarterly PC Tracker at the Mountain View Office of IDC. She is responsible for IDC's quantitative view of the U.S. PC market. This involves data collection, collation, and reconciliation. The research is used as IDC's core for PC market shares, market forecasts, market sizing, and other quantitative analysis.
Prior to joining IDC, Ms. Griffith worked as an analyst at Information Access Company, a part of the Gale Research Group. While there, she contributed original content to Company Intelligence and DataSources databases. Ms. Griffith also spent several years as a researcher for the Hever Group, an international executive search organization. She spent time at two firms within the group in Atlanta and San Francisco. As an executive search researcher, she provided industry analysis to recruiting professionals in information technology and telecommunications as well as traditional industries such as transportation, financial services, health care, and consumer packaged goods.
Ms. Griffith holds a B.S. in management from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia.
