This IDC study analyzes the IT and business services competitive landscape by examining and comparing the top 10 service providers worldwide. The study looks at the performance of these firms across IDC's three macromarkets (project-based services, outsourcing, and support and training) and macroregions (Americas, EMEA, and Asia/Pacific).

"Both Accenture and Capgemini have moved up in terms of services revenues rank since we published our last ranking. Accenture is tied now for second place along with EDS, and Capgemini is now ranked seventh. In fact, this is the second year in a row that Capgemini has moved up in position," said Gard Little, program manager for Worldwide Services.
