Karen has more than 15 years experience in the financial services industry, with 10 years experience advising financial institutions on a wide variety of business and technology issues, giving her a broad understanding of the retail banking arena. Karen’s experience ranges from local, national and international tactical implementations to strategic development and execution.
Background
Prior to joining Financial Insights, Karen was a Senior Consultant with Demos Solutions, a leading provider of capacity planning and productivity solutions to financial institutions across the US, Canada and Asia/Pacific. Karen was involved in client engagements including retail banking system implementations, branch capacity planning and operations workflow, post-merger analysis for integration strategy definition, and process improvements utilizing six-sigma discipline. Karen previously worked in Audit and Special Projects for Liberty Mutual.
Education and Industry Affiliations
Karen received her MBA (with honors) from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business in International Business at Babson College in Wellesley, MA, which included course work at the University of Sydney, Australia. Karen received her BS in Finance and Accounting from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA.
